SIMPLY YOGA is a class by our owner, advanced exercise specialist and yoga teacher Ash Foster. This class is a healthy body approach to yoga and exercise, it is based in the practice of HATHA YOGA. This dynamic practice develops a mindful approach to yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, alignment and breath awareness. You are able to make the practice as strong or as gentle as needed as this is an inclusive class with modifications/progressions for beginners, intermediates and advanced yogis. These classes include relaxation.

Y O G A T O N E

MONDAY & WEDNESDAY @  5.30PM • 45 MINUTES

YOGA TONE is our signature LOW IMPACT strength and conditioning yoga class. This will build strength and mobility using your own bodyweight. The focus is on raising the heart rate to keep your heart healthy, mobilising every joint in the body so that your joints are strong, building muscle strength to carry your body around easier on a day-to-day basis and creating flexibility to relieve muscle tension, stress and reduce the risk of injuries in daily or sporting life. This class is more of a yoga workout as you will move in and out of postures for the whole 45 minutes. Expect to get a good sweat on.

  • Medium to High intensity

Y O G A  F L O W 

MONDAY @  9AM • 60 MINUTES TUES / THURS / FRIDAY @  9.30AM • 60 MINUTES

YOGA FLOW is our movement based yoga class otherwise known as VINYASA. We FLOW creatively from posture to posture mobilising your joints and getting your heart beating, this is a very healthy practice. This class is great if your aims are reducing your weight. All levels of fitness and ability are catered for in this class.

YOGA FOR MEN is a class by our owner, advanced exercise specialist and yoga teacher Ash Foster. This class is a practice for the male body, it is based in the practice of HATHA YOGA. This dynamic practice develops a mindful approach to yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, alignment and breath awareness. The average man can find a yoga class an intimidating place, so let Ash guide you through a yoga class that is specifically designed for your body and level of ability. If you train hard or haven’t done enough training in the last few years then this is a great class for you.

R E L A X & R E S T O R E  Y O G A

FRIDAY @ 1.30PM • 60 MINUTES

RELAX & RESTORE is our yoga class taught by ….. and is based on YIN YOGA practice. The postures are held for longer to gain a deeper benefit, the pace of the class is slower and the focus is on a relaxing and restorative practice. This class is for all abilities, including beginners, intermediate and advanced.

M U M & B U M P   

TBC @ 1.30PM • 60 MINUTES

MUM & BUMP is our class for ladies with a bump. Specifically designed yoga postures and breathing techniques that will help you throughout your pregnancy as well as when you need to push little bump out. The class is taken in a relaxed setting and you will meet other mums-to-be in the same situation, they know what its like carrying a little human around, you can support each other.

  • Good for Mum and Baby

  • Gives you techniques when giving birth

S L O W Y O G A 

MONDAY & THURSDAY @  11.30AM • 60 MINUTES

SLOW YOGA is our class that is a little slower and more relaxing. This is a passive practice that is designed to rest the central nervous system to enable a deeper relaxed state. The postures will develop a greater sense of balance in your life. This is a great class if you are a beginner, if you are advanced yogi you may enjoy the slower pace to this class.

WEDNESDAY @  11.15AM • 60 MINUTES

This is our specially designed class for OVER 55s. If you are less mobile than you used to be and would love to build strength and flexibility back into those joints and muscles, this is the class for you.
