SIMPLY YOGA is a class by our owner, advanced exercise specialist and yoga teacher Ash Foster. This class is a healthy body approach to yoga and exercise, it is based in the practice of HATHA YOGA. This dynamic practice develops a mindful approach to yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, alignment and breath awareness. You are able to make the practice as strong or as gentle as needed as this is an inclusive class with modifications/progressions for beginners, intermediates and advanced yogis. These classes include relaxation.

  • Good for Mobility / Health issues (Please speak to Ash)

  • Developmental flexibility work (Longer postures)

  • Includes relaxation and breathing techniques

  • Developmental balance work (Great for brain health)

YOGA FOR MEN is a class by our owner, advanced exercise specialist and yoga teacher Ash Foster. This class is a practice for the male body, it is based in the practice of HATHA YOGA. This dynamic practice develops a mindful approach to yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, alignment and breath awareness. The average man can find a yoga class an intimidating place, so let Ash guide you through a yoga class that is specifically designed for your body and level of ability. If you train hard or haven’t done enough training in the last few years then this is a great class for you.

Join Katie each Week for a joy filled class with a strong focus on intention, alignment, flow and breath.

Recently returned from India where she taught at the Pause Forest Retreat Katie is a Yoga Alliance Professionals member who teaches Hatha, Yoga Therapy and Vinyassa at regular yoga classes, retreats and workshops.

Katie approaches Yoga holistically drawing together a knowledge and respect for the physical body and subtle anatomy to create spacious minds and bodies, release tension, and connect with happiness. Her class combines muscular release, empowering strength building asanas, breath and meditation to bring you bliss through movement and stillness and allow energy to flow freely.

Rejuvenate your body in a class,suitable for first timers through to experienced yogis, where every body really is a yoga body. Katie encourages self awareness both from an alignment/physical perspective and also offer a journey inwards - allowing students to find their their truth and the bliss in both dynamic flows and restorative asanas.
In today's world its easy for our bodies and minds to feel stagnant, strained and out of harmony; the class encourages the use of intention, detoxifying asanas and breath to revatalise every cell and to promote the free flow of prana, focused minds and all over well-being.
