SIMPLY YOGA is a class by our owner, advanced exercise specialist and yoga teacher Ash Foster. This class is a healthy body approach to yoga and exercise, it is based in the practice of HATHA YOGA. This dynamic practice develops a mindful approach to yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, alignment and breath awareness. You are able to make the practice as strong or as gentle as needed as this is an inclusive class with modifications/progressions for beginners, intermediates and advanced yogis. These classes include relaxation.

HATHA/VINYASA FLOW with Emily, If you’re completely new to yoga, this class might not necessarily be for you. This power flow practice is aimed to create fire, heat, space, strength and length, all while toning your body. Emily’s teachings have been described as “traditionally authentic”, starting and ending every practice with meditation and chanting. Her classes contain lots of techniques to unblock and release tension within our body, such as chakra activation, various types of Pranayama (breathing techniques) and the bandhas (body locks). Prepare to get on your hands, open the heart, and sink deep into the hips. Emily’s authentic teachings will offer you culture, tradition, stillness, gratitude and light.

YOGA FOR MEN is a class by our owner, advanced exercise specialist and yoga teacher Ash Foster. This class is a practice for the male body, it is based in the practice of HATHA YOGA. This dynamic practice develops a mindful approach to yoga focusing on building strength, flexibility, alignment and breath awareness. The average man can find a yoga class an intimidating place, so let Ash guide you through a yoga class that is specifically designed for your body and level of ability. If you train hard or haven’t done enough training in the last few years then this is a great class for you.

MINDFULNESS MEDITATION is our non-religious meditation. We try to grow self-awareness and understand how the mind works on a deeper level. Recognising our patterns and responses to negativity and stress in our life helps us to more easily engage the logical side of our brain.
