In this workshop, Emily will break down the aspects of backbending, starting with creating expansion from the tops of your legs all the way up to your chin, while also learning to compress the back of your body.

As we go on a journey of opening up our heart centres, you will learn how to breathe in any backbend, finding comfort as you create an open space within your body, resulting in a feeling of freedom and fluidity as tensions and emotions melt away.
