An introduction to Mindfulness. The workshop will be informative and practical, including tips and strategies that participants can start using beyond the workshop in everyday life.

The workshop will be based on Ash’s studies and experience of psychology, mindfulness, meditation and life coaching. The session will explore the essentials of mindfulness and how you can utilise strategies in everyday life. These will focus on:

  • How to stay focused on a task without the mind being distracted by thoughts about the past or future.

  • Finding a sense of calm when feeling stressed or emotionally-challenged.

  • Manage their own internal states, impulses and resources with greater awareness.

  • Increase engagement and satisfaction with work.

  • Identify your ‘LIFE FORCE’ and maintain their peak performance stress-level.

  • Understand yourself on a deeper level and learn not to be too harsh on yourself.

  • Improve your listening and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Cultivate resilience to help combat low-moods and poor self-esteem.

This three hour workshop will give you some handy tools to use in the world. This will be the first in a number of Everyday Mindfulness Workshops.
