Have you ever wanted to take your arm balance to the next level and not quite sure where to start? Ash will guide you through techniques and drills that will help you gain the strength, awareness and confidence to perform arm balances in a healthier way. Ash will break down each shape that we work towards and layer it. Breaking it down into manageable and achievable chunks. Put all these together and watch your progress fly. 

Arm balances are some of the most challenging shapes you can perform in yoga. Upper body and core strength are essential. The hands, wrists and elbows are often neglected in practice and this is what can hold back your ability to perform them. Like anything, put the time and effort into the basics and the more challenging parts become easier. 

Each class will last 30 minutes because of the intensity of arm balances. Working intensely for the class length will increase your learning, expect this to be a good challenge.

  • People wanting to increase upper body strength. 

  • People wanting to get stronger in their yoga practice.
