An introduction to Mindfulness. The workshop will be informative and practical, including tips and strategies that participants can start using beyond the workshop in everyday life.

Yoga for Anxiety and Stress

This workshop is focused on relieving stress and anxiety. Ash will demonstrate how you can relieve stress and anxiety by putting your body into different shapes and practicing breathing techniques.  

Arm Balance Workshop
TBC… 2019 from 10am - 1pm

Arm balance poses build serious strength in the upper body and core. In this intense upper body workshop Ash will breakdown some of the popular arm balance poses, where to set your awareness, where not to waist energy and prep poses that you can work on to build the strength needed to get the full poses.



Yoga is the practice of developing unison between the mind and body. Using the breath to bring awareness to the busy mind, you will develop self-awareness and a deeper understanding of your body. With regular practice you will achieve mental and physical health benefits, Ash is the embodiment of these benefits as he came to Yoga at a difficult time in his life when suffering from mental health issues.
